How to Order Your Custom Cake

1. Tell Us About Your Celebration

Send us your event date, the number of guests, your preferred cake size, theme, colour palette and any inspiration pictures you have.

2. Let's Discuss Your Design

We'll review your requirements and discuss the design, flavour, pricing and available collection or delivery arrangements.

3. Receive Your Quote

Once we've established the details, we'll provide a quote for your approval. Any agreed design details and order arrangements will be confirmed with you.

4. Confirm Your Booking

Your booking is confirmed once your order has been accepted and the required payment has been received, in accordance with our order policies.

5. Celebrate in Sweet Style!

We'll get to work creating your custom cake with care and attention to detail, ready for your special occasion.

A Few Things to Know Before Ordering

• Book early: We recommend enquiring at least 7 days in advance. Availability depends on our production schedule, and popular dates can fill up quickly.

• Last-minute requests: Need a cake sooner? Contact us to check availability, although we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate short-notice orders.

• Inspired by a picture? Reference images help us understand your vision. As every cake is handcrafted, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of another design.

• Dietary requirements: Please let us know about any dietary requirements when enquiring so we can discuss the available options.

• Collection and delivery: Custom cakes are arranged individually. Please confirm the available options for your order before booking.
