IF THERE IS A DELAY IN RESPONSE, OUR HANDS ARE MOST LIKELY BUSY IN THE KITCHEN BAKING & DECORATING YOUR CAKES, BUT REST ASSURED WE WILL RESPOND TO YOU WITHIN 6 HOURS.

TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER WE REQUIRE A FULL PAYMENT TRANSFER TO BE MADE WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED AND CONFIRMATION EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER OR CASH DEPOSIT ONLY. YOU MAY ALSO POP INTO OUR STORE TO MAKE PAYMENT. WE DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

WHEN INQUIRING AFTER HOURS OR HOLIDAY DATES, PLEASE EMAIL US AT  WITH YOUR NAME, EMAIL, DATE INQUIRY AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLACING AN ORDER FOR. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.
