The colors & selection of candies & chocolates for each order are subject to availability and season. Should there be a topping you would prefer, please advise us and we would love to accommodate. Ordering Information

• We need between 2-7 days notice to get orders ready. We do accept last minute orders, should our schedule allow.
• We require full payment beforehand as we work on a bookings basis with a tight schedule. For orders above R2000, we do accept 50% deposit upon receipt of invoice, and the remainder 50% due the day before collection.
• Deposits/payments are non-refundable and The Gingerbread Lady Bakery will not be held liable for customers who wish to cancel their order for whichever reason.
• We do offer a date change for order cancellations, should you wish to use your payment for a future order.
• We need at least 4 days notice for cancellations, or payment/deposit will be forfeited.
• Date/Design changes require 4 days notice
